  1. I GOT KINDA BUMMED WHEN HE QUIT SAYING "JUMP." HE SAYS "JUMP" LIKE FORTY TIMES IN THE FIRST MINUTE.

MY BROTHER WOULD MAKE SUCH A LAME BMX VIDEO. HE USED TO PLAY METAL GUITAR AND SMOKE CLOVES. I ALWAYS GOT HIS HAND-ME-DOWN BIKES. BEST ONE WAS A DIPPED ASS CW WITH THE BARS TO MATCH. NO IDEA ABOUT THE OTHER STUFF, I JUST REMEMBER THE BARS WERE BIG AND COOL LOOKING AND MY PAPERBOY BAGS BARELY FIT ON THEM. ONE DAY HE STARTED LISTENING TO PET SHOP BOYS AND RIDING FANCY ROAD BIKES. I STILL LOVE HIM, HE'S MY BROTHER, BUT I'M JUST SAYING HE'D MAKE A LAME BMX VIDEO.
    THIS IS YOUR BROTHER, RIGHT?

  2. Alex on a tangent. Yea i guess he could have been saying trails, as that's what they are. But my bro is rad, so if wants to say jump that's cool too. He's built and ridden more than most could dream of in a lifetime.

When we gonna rip at Alpental together?

  3. ALEX ON COFFEE IS WHAT THIS IS.

I prefer "jumps" to "trails." I don't understand why you guys downplay what they really are by calling them mere trails. Trails aren't even paths. Trails. Weak. Trails is from Pennsylvania or some far away place, right? Maybe it's a regional thing, but calling that madness a trail is weird. Up at Whistler I heard some Aussie call that DH stuff "tracks." I liked that. Tracks. I know BMX already has tracks, but maybe you could go change that one to "racetracks," and change "trails" to "tracks." Bring it up at the next meeting.

I'm down to ride Alpental any time it stops raining on ice. I bought a pass for the first time in like four years, I have a lot invested in enjoying snowboarding.

It's not working out right now.

I'm obviously freaking out. Need to straightline something or slash the top off some snow mound. Turning to drugs. Not good. Except for the part when I just called Hambone an Okie. That felt good.

  4. "Jumps" and "tracks" do sound like a wilder path to go down than just a "trail." Open the debate...

Dan and I were hiking around out the nash gate last saturday and it surprisingly really good. There were plenty of open lines, with most of the snow a lot softer than you would think. We night seshed central with a few inches of new tonight, and that was fun too.... I love being in the back of U.P.'s van, the back bench was taking care of Kokanee's to and from. Tyler's about to have an RV, the party rigs are growing.

We need some storms though, that would really make it nice.

    Keep the energy
